Liberated Breath — 1:1 Breath Coaching Program
Liberated Breath is a private, 1:1 breath coaching program designed to support meaningful change through personalised, breath-led practice. Rather than following a fixed formula, the work is tailored to where you are — emotionally, mentally, and physiologically — at this point in your life.
Through guided breathwork, movement, meditation, and coaching inquiry, we work directly with patterns held in the body and nervous system. The intention is not to force transformation, but to create the internal conditions for greater regulation, clarity, and choice to emerge.
Sessions are facilitated live and unfold responsively, allowing the work to meet you where you are and support integration into everyday life.

Liberated Breath is delivered as a 1:1 coaching journey over a focused period of time.
Each session follows a flexible arc:

Arrival & check-in — meeting what’s present for you

Breath-led practice — drawing from
conscious connected breathwork, pranayama, movement, meditation, and coaching frameworks -
Integration & closing — grounding insights and supporting practical application
Between sessions, simple reflective or breath-based practices may be offered where appropriate. These are optional and adapted to your capacity and lifestyle.
