5 Minute Breathing Routine

Morning practice is a super powerful way to start your day. Try to include doing a little movement, some breath practice and meditation and writing/planning for your day. There are many sequences you can incorporate into your morning routine. Try this 5 minute breath sequence. If you like it, try to do it every morning for a week (then sit or continue lying down for 5-10mins in meditation, just bring your awareness to your natural breath, then remember a few things you are grateful for and then bring your awareness to potentially the 1 greatest thing you could align with today). If you get benefit from this, then increase your routine to 40 days if it suits you and incorporate other things such as some movement practice, writing etc.
